About the Position:

The Communications Manager will lead the development of a comprehensive communications strategy for the USAID-funded Climate Adaptation Support Activity (CASA). They will ensure effective dissemination of project findings, analysis, and information to target audiences, working closely with project leadership to meet communication objectives.


  • Coordinate and support development, design, and execution of internal and external communication initiatives.
  • Manage and develop communication materials, ensuring compliance with USAID and Tetra Tech guidelines.
  • Support internal and external project events, including webinars and conferences.
  • Develop communication strategies, products, and tools to disseminate project deliverables.
  • Develop graphics and media products to support project analysis and assessments.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Communications or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years’ professional experience in a similar position.
  • Experience in international audience targeting, including USAID and other donors.
  • Experience with project advertising through various publications.
  • Proficiency in developing non-technical communication products from technical reports.
  • English fluency required; US work authorization.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience supporting communications on USAID-funded projects.
  • Knowledge of USAID communication channels and climate change programming.
  • Proficiency in Spanish or French.
