About the Role:

MSI Reproductive Choices seeks a Donor Finance Manager to lead financial management for the USAID-funded global family planning activity, ACCESS. This role involves overseeing financial operations, ensuring compliance with donor regulations, and supporting financial management at country levels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide financial oversight for program activities, collaborating with project leadership.
  • Develop financial monitoring templates for effective coordination across country-level projects.
  • Promote best practices and capacity building in finance.
  • Lead the development, review, and finalization of project financial documents.
  • Ensure accurate donor reporting and compliance with USAID regulations.
  • Support country teams and partners with financial reporting and audits.
  • Collaborate with the wider finance team to improve policies and procedures.

About You:

Skills and Experience:

  • Minimum 10 years’ experience in project accounting and financial management of donor-funded programs.
  • Experience with financial reporting to governmental, private, and institutional donors.

  • Ability to work in a diverse and inclusive environment, fostering collaboration and respect.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills, with fluency in English; French proficiency desirable.
