Scope

The Employment Coordinator will provide staff support, lead onboarding and training, and ensure case file compliance according to program guidelines. They will supervise case aide staff, maintain program knowledge, and lead client mediation meetings as needed.

Responsibilities

  • Audit client files and ensure program compliance
  • Plan and lead staff training on program guidelines and office policies
  • Organize employment team events and contribute to reporting to funders
  • Supervise case aide staff and lead their training
  • Maintain knowledge on program guidelines and communicate with HQ program officers
  • Lead onboarding process and training of new Employment staff
  • Serve a small mixed case load and lead client mediation meetings
  • Participate in staff meetings and training/development activities

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in social work, international relations, or relevant field
  • Service delivery experience and familiarity with the job market in Dallas
  • Fluency in written and spoken English; Bilingual in a refugee language desirable
  • Cultural sensitivity and good cross-cultural communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize and manage time effectively
  • Computer literacy required
  • Must have reliable transportation and maintain valid driver’s license and insurance coverage
