About the Role

Screaming Frog is seeking a dynamic and organized Digital PR Manager to join their team. The ideal candidate will collaborate with the PR and SEO teams to develop and implement PR strategies aimed at enhancing brand awareness and engagement for a diverse clientele.


  • Develop and execute campaigns to enhance brand reputation and trust.
  • Manage a press office function, handling media inquiries and responding to breaking news.
  • Cultivate and expand media relations, devising PR plans to secure online coverage and newsworthy stories.
  • Oversee campaign proofing and sign-off for junior team members.
  • Collaborate with the SEO team to integrate online activities and improve organic visibility.


  • Strong experience in crafting external communications strategies for B2B and B2C brands.
  • Exceptional writing skills, with proficiency in longer-form content (1,000 words +).
  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Established relationships with regional and national media outlets.
  • Creative thinking to develop unique stories and compelling campaign ideas.
  • Attention to detail for content proofing and approval.
  • Confident communication and presentation skills for client interactions.

Reporting Line

This position reports to the Head of Digital PR.

Location & Work Arrangement

The role is based in Henley-on-Thames, Oxfordshire, requiring 3 days in the office per week. Remote work is offered for 2 days weekly.

Salary & Benefits

  • Salary: From £30k upwards, dependent on experience.
