Job Overview:

As a program manager within the IRC headquarters Resettlement Team, you’ll play a pivotal role in overseeing the Intensive Case Management (ICM) program, which is aimed at providing crucial support to vulnerable refugees. Your responsibilities will revolve around ensuring program quality, data integrity, and logistical coordination.

Major Responsibilities:

  • Promote Program Quality: Ensure data integrity and harmonization among local offices to enhance the quality of the ICM program.
  • Data Management: Serve as a subject matter expert on organizational software, managing financial and program administration data.
  • Proposal Support: Aid in proposal development and report writing by gathering and synthesizing data from local offices.
  • Monitoring: Manage internal and ORR monitoring calendars, tracking outcomes and producing summary reports.
  • Client Case Management: Conduct remote client case file reviews, analyze findings, and suggest next steps.
  • Information Sharing: Generate, manage, and disseminate ICM program information through various channels.
  • Financial Oversight: Track and review local office spending on behalf of clients in coordination with relevant stakeholders.
  • Training and Administration: Conduct remote and on-site training sessions, manage program policies, and perform administrative tasks as needed.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • 0-2 years of non-profit experience, preferably with knowledge of US Refugee Resettlement Programs.
  • Proficiency in database management and data tracking.
  • Strong command of MS Excel and MS PowerPoint.

Preferred Experience & Skills:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Problem-solving aptitude and ability to work independently.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and experience with relevant program management systems.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

Working Environment:

  • Standard office environment with up to 20% domestic travel.
  • Remote work may be required, with part-time employees potentially sharing workspace.
