Overview:

Join DT Global as a Senior Program Manager in the Environment and Infrastructure Practice. Contribute to sustainable development and innovation by supporting program delivery in climate change, renewable energy, water, sanitation, and hygiene (WASH), and environment sectors. Lead project management for USAID-funded climate and environment projects and engage in new business development opportunities.

Tasks and Responsibilities:

Project Delivery:

  • Manage overall project lifecycle, ensuring contractual compliance, financial management, and personnel oversight.
  • Serve as the primary problem solver and DT Global representative to USG clients.

Technical Excellence:

  • Contribute to project work plans and ensure technical objectives are met.
  • Oversee formatting and submission of project deliverables.

Business Development:

  • Lead new business proposal development, including technical approach and staffing strategies.

Leadership and Staff Management:

  • Train, coach, and supervise program managers, ensuring project quality standards are met.
  • Create a collaborative environment and promote staff development.

Learning and Innovation:

  • Engage in professional development activities and contribute to DT Global’s learning agenda.
  • Represent DT Global at professional events and conferences.

Education & Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in relevant field.
  • 7-9 years of direct USAID project management experience.
  • Strong knowledge of environmental and climate change issues.
  • Minimum 4 years of supervisory experience.
  • Experience managing international donor projects.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite.
