IBTCI seeks a Project Manager I for the GH-TAMS project team supporting USAID’s health-related activities. This role involves managing consultants, coordinating project activities, and ensuring compliance with USAID procedures.


  • Manage assignment planning process and recruit technical experts
  • Coordinate project activities and consultants, ensuring smooth workflow
  • Obtain necessary approvals and draft cost estimates
  • Participate in team meetings and initiatives
  • Assist in staff training and orientation
  • Promote integration of ideas and best practices across assignments
  • Collaborate on reports and contractual deliverables


  • 4 years of total work experience, with 3 years in project management
  • Experience with donor-funded projects in a US headquarters environment
  • Knowledge of international development issues
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
  • Fluency in English; fluency in French or Spanish desired
  • Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred in international affairs, global health, or related field
