About the Role

MSI Reproductive Choices is seeking a skilled Senior Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning (MEL) Manager to support the USAID-funded ACCESS project. With a focus on family planning and reproductive health, ACCESS aims to enhance access, equity, and sustainability of services globally. The Senior MEL Manager will lead monitoring, evaluation, and learning efforts, ensuring evidence-based decision-making and adaptive programming.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement monitoring and evaluation framework.
  • Manage data validation, analysis, and reporting.
  • Provide technical direction on MEL activities.
  • Collaborate with partners on evidence generation and research.
  • Strengthen in-country capacity for data utilization.
  • Additional Responsibilities:
    • Disseminate MSI evidence internally and externally.
    • Provide thought leadership on thematic areas.
    • Represent MSI with external stakeholders.

About You

We seek individuals committed to our mission with diverse backgrounds and experiences. You must be solution-oriented, promoting equality and safeguarding welfare. Essential skills include:

  • Skills and experience:
    • 8+ years in monitoring and evaluating health programs.
    • Understanding of SRHR programming and family planning.
    • Proficiency in qualitative and quantitative research methods.
    • Strong leadership and team support skills.
    • Familiarity with USAID planning and reporting systems.
    • Expertise in statistical software and data analysis.
    • Degree in relevant field; additional qualifications preferred.
    • Fluent in English; French skills desirable.
    • Expertise in gender transformative programming preferred.

This position is contingent upon funding and USAID approval. Legal right to work in the US, UK, or MSI country office location is required.
