  • Program Implementation (55%): Ensure quality implementation, monitoring, and evaluation of education programs. Provide training, technical assistance, and oversight at partner sites.
  • Partner Operations and Management (20%): Support partner management, including planning, budgeting, performance management, and incident reporting.
  • Local and State Relationships/Advocacy (10%): Engage in community partnerships, advocacy activities, and program presentations.
  • Continuous Improvement (15%): Participate in organizational meetings, trainings, and projects to enhance program effectiveness.


  • Minimum of a High School Diploma or equivalent, with 3 years of relevant experience; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Commitment to diversity, inclusion, and belonging.
  • Ability to travel within the state up to 30% of the time.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge of Spanish language.
  • Experience in financial and subgrant management.
